    I have tried just about every thing to quit smoking, This is awesome I smokes real cigarettes for 2 weeks and in between I would use my e-cigarette to reduce my daily intact of normal cigarettes by the end of the 2 weeks I got down to smoking only 3 cigarettes a day and the rest using my e-cigarette. Now only using my E-cigarette. :-)
